Autosort - Carrots
Washed carrots are metered onto the machine from a vibrating conveyor and rotate under the 3 cameras. Carrots classified as non-packable are ejected onto a waste belt whilst the top quality carrots continue forward on the machine to a check grade station.
- Intake capacities depending on size and shape of carrots:30mm+ > 3tph and 40mm+ > 5.5tph
- Fully integrated vibratory feeder and main track for maximum product flow
